Welcome to FreeLogo. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FreeLogo website, services, and logo design platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Please read these terms carefully before using FreeLogo. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreeLogo.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of FreeLogo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of FreeLogo, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

Logo Services Terms

Logo Design Services

FreeLogo provides an online platform for creating and customizing logos. Our services include both free and premium logo design options. The following terms apply to all logo-related services:

• Free logos: You may browse, create, and preview logos at no cost. Free logos are provided with a limited, non-commercial license and may include watermarks or other restrictions
• Premium logo packages: Upon purchasing a premium package, you receive high-resolution logo files in multiple formats suitable for both digital and print use, along with an expanded commercial license
• Customization: You may customize logos using our editor tools, including modifying colors, fonts, layouts, and other design elements within the options provided

License and Ownership

When you purchase a premium logo package from FreeLogo, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the logo for your business and branding purposes. This license includes:

• Use on websites, social media, business cards, and marketing materials
• Use on physical products, packaging, and merchandise related to your business
• Modification and adaptation of the logo for your branding needs

The license does not include:

• The right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the logo design or its elements as standalone assets
• The right to register the logo as a trademark without additional modification that makes it sufficiently distinctive
• Exclusive ownership of the underlying design elements, icons, or fonts used in the logo

AI Services Terms

AI-Powered Logo Generation

FreeLogo utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to assist in logo generation and design recommendations. By using our AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI-generated content: Logos and design elements generated by our AI tools are created algorithmically based on your inputs and preferences. While we strive for originality, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated designs will be entirely unique or free from similarity to existing designs
• No warranty of uniqueness: AI outputs may resemble existing logos or designs. It is your responsibility to conduct appropriate due diligence, including trademark searches, before using any logo commercially
• Input data: Information you provide to our AI tools (such as company names, industry descriptions, and style preferences) may be used to improve our AI models and services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Limitations:AI-generated designs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI features will always be available, error-free, or produce results that meet your specific requirements

AI Chat and Recommendations

Our platform may include AI-powered chat and recommendation features to help you with the design process. These features are provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional design, legal, or business advice.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law
• Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made using a valid payment method
• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded the premium logo files. Once files have been downloaded, refunds are generally not available
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for future purchases only

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FreeLogo for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you shall not:

• Use our services to create logos that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform or AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or scrape our services without authorization
• Upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services or content without our explicit written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

Intellectual Property

The FreeLogo platform, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by FreeLogo.

The underlying design elements, templates, icons, and fonts available on our platform remain the property of FreeLogo or their respective licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the final logo design as specified in the Logo Services Terms section above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FreeLogo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that logos created using our platform will be suitable for trademark registration or will not infringe upon third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreeLogo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to FreeLogo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will immediately cease
• Any licenses granted to you for purchased premium logos will survive termination
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies
• Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeLogo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of FreeLogo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
